Indoor Training sessions available in the BUBBLE. Please refer to the offerings listed below to find the sessions that match your skills and schedule. Training sessions capped at 20 players - we focus on each player's development needs.
Programs available for boys and girls, grades 5th - high school depending on the session.
Inside Roll Lacrosse was founded by Adam Pascal. His mission is to grow the game of lacrosse throughout the country with fast paced training in small group settings. Adam is committed to training lacrosse players to have excellent ball skills and game IQ while maintaining a love of the game.

Monday Nights
SESSION 1 - Sept. 9, 16, 23, 30; Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28.
SESSION 2 - Monday nights - November 4, 11, 18, 25; December 2, 9, 16.
5th/6th grade - 6:30 - 7:30 pm

IN THE BUBBLE - WINTER 2025
Come join other HS players getting ready for a strong spring season. Shooting, dodging, hand and feet work, lacrosse IQ. Come as a group or as an individual, work on specific goals and be ready for March.
