As a former college coach in both Division I and III programs, Coach Pascal understands the recruitment process from start to finish. A founding tenet of this work, is to get to know the player and family both on and off the field. After getting to know the player and family, Coach will build a strategy to find the best match academically and athletically as a college lacrosse player. This process can start early, with advice on summer play and training, and then continue with advice on how to best present the player to coaches. All of this is done with an understanding of how the player's goals fit into a successful college lacrosse career.
