About IRL

Inside Roll Lacrosse was founded by Adam Pascal. His mission is to grow the game of lacrosse throughout the country with fast paced training in small group settings. Adam is committed to training lacrosse players to have excellent ball skills and game IQ while maintaining a love of the game. 

INSIDE ROLL LACROSSE 2024

Adam has been traveling throughout the country training and coaching players of all ages.  We are building our 2024 Summer Tournament Team - Team 50. Team 50 will play in 4 highly selective college recruiting tournaments. Join players from across the country on this national tournament team for these East Coast based tournaments. If you are interested in learning more about this team, please email Adam at insiderolllacrosse@gmail.com. 

TEAM 50 - Tournament Team - Summer 2024

Our Program is built on fundamental growth that will lead to confidence and improved learning, understanding and performance. Individualized programs will focus on each player’s opportunities to get better. 

Players will join us from Colorado, Texas, Vermont, Seattle, Massachusetts, Louisiana and other states.

As a team member, each player will have access to college recruitment support at all points in the process. Individualized support and attention includes zooms, phone calls, emails and tape review.
